Advanced Degree In Chemistry Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Chemistry Or A Related Field Is Required For This Position. A Ph.d. Is Preferred And May Be Required For Some Specialized Areas.
Extensive Experience In Drug Discovery And Development: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Strong Track Record In Drug Discovery And Development. Experience In Multiple Therapeutic Areas Is Preferred.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Associate Principal Scientist Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Scientists And Managing Multiple Projects, Therefore, Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills Are Essential.
Expertise In Modern Analytical Techniques: Candidates Should Have A Deep Understanding Of A Wide Range Of Modern Analytical Techniques, Including Hplc, Gc, Nmr, And Mass Spectrometry. Experience With Techniques Such As X-Ray Crystallography And Nmr Spectroscopy Is Preferred.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Associate Principal Scientist Will Be Expected To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Present Research Findings To Senior Leadership, And Contribute To Scientific Publications.
