  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics for the vaccine portfolio to drive growth and increase market share.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities in the vaccine market.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical affairs, and market access to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to adjust marketing strategies and tactics accordingly.
  5. Create and manage marketing budgets to maximize return on investment and achieve business objectives.
  6. Lead the development and execution of promotional materials and campaigns to effectively communicate product value and key messages to target audiences.
  7. Provide strategic guidance and support to sales teams to achieve sales targets and maximize customer engagement.
  8. Monitor and track product performance and market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities and develop action plans accordingly.
  9. Maintain a deep understanding of the vaccine portfolio, including product features, benefits, and clinical data, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other events to promote the vaccine portfolio and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  12. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in all marketing activities and materials.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Vaccine Marketing, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree (Mba, Mph, Etc.) Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Vaccine Products In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of The Global Vaccine Market, Including Key Trends, Competitors, And Customer Needs.

  • Strong Strategic Thinking And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Effective Marketing Plans And Drive Business Growth.
