  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for payer marketing initiatives for our Immunology portfolio in the US market.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, market access, medical affairs, and brand marketing to ensure alignment and success of payer marketing strategies.
  3. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges in the US payer landscape.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the evolving healthcare policies and regulations to ensure compliance and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  5. Effectively communicate and present payer marketing strategies, plans, and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  6. Lead the development and execution of promotional materials and programs targeted towards payers to support the reimbursement and access of our products.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the payer community, including PBMs, payers, and other decision-makers.
  8. Monitor and analyze payer market trends and competitive landscape, and provide insights and recommendations to inform future payer marketing strategies.
  9. Manage and allocate budget and resources effectively to maximize impact and ROI of payer marketing initiatives.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in payer marketing and the pharmaceutical industry.
  11. Represent the company at conferences, events, and other industry meetings to maintain a strong presence in the payer community.
  12. Continuously evaluate and optimize payer marketing strategies and tactics to drive business growth and improve patient access to our products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Pharmaceutical Marketing, Specifically Within The Us Payer Market.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of The Us Healthcare System, Payer Landscape, And Reimbursement Process.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Payer Marketing Strategies And Initiatives.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Key Stakeholders.
