  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives for the US Human Health division at Merck & Co.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision making.
  3. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

  12. Act as a key liaison between the finance department and other departments within the organization.
  13. Represent Merck & Co. at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's financial achievements and capabilities.
  14. Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its financial landscape to inform decision making.
  15. Exhibit a passion for improving patient outcomes and contribute to the overall mission and vision of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Us Healthcare Industry And Regulatory Environment.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Financial Insights And Recommendations.
