- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner organizations.
- Develop and execute strategies for forming partnerships and collaborations that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth through alliances.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and in line with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track the progress and success of existing partnerships, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and its partners, facilitating communication and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends related to strategic alliances, and make recommendations to senior management.
- Manage a team of professionals responsible for supporting the company's strategic alliance efforts.
- Develop and manage budgets for strategic alliance activities.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events to network and promote partnership opportunities.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With A Focus On Strategic Alliances And Partnerships.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Managing Partnerships And Alliances With External Organizations.
Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry Landscape, Including Market Trends And Competitor Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders Both Internally And Externally.
