  1. Lead and manage drug development projects from conception to launch, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams, to develop and execute project plans.
  3. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure project milestones are met.
  4. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
  6. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standard operating procedures.
  7. Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and accountability within the project team.
  8. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support for project goals.
  10. Continuously assess and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Mentor and coach junior project management staff to support their professional development.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and regulations related to drug development.
  13. Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and meetings with external partners.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Drug Development.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Or Related Field, With A Preference For Advanced Degree In Life Sciences Or Business.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Process, Including Phase I-Iv Clinical Trials, Regulatory Requirements, And Project Budgeting/Forecasting.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Team Management Experience, With Ability To Oversee And Mentor A Team Of Project Managers And Cross-Functional Team Members.
