  1. Lead and manage a team of researchers to design and execute outcomes research studies in support of pharmaceutical product development and commercialization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, market access, and commercial teams, to provide strategic insights and recommendations based on outcomes research findings.
  3. Utilize your expertise in outcomes research methodologies, such as health economics, epidemiology, and real-world evidence, to inform study design and analysis.
  4. Conduct literature reviews and stay current with industry trends and best practices in outcomes research.
  5. Oversee the development and execution of research protocols, data collection, and analysis plans.
  6. Ensure the quality and integrity of outcomes research data and analysis by implementing rigorous quality control measures.
  7. Communicate research findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting at conferences and publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
  8. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion of outcomes research projects.
  9. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  10. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all aspects of outcomes research.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies and initiatives to advance outcomes research capabilities and drive business objectives.
  13. Represent the company and its values in all interactions with external stakeholders, including academic institutions, regulatory agencies, and industry associations.
  14. Stay informed of and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to outcomes research, patient privacy, and data protection.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Or Biostatistics.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Outcomes Research Or Related Field, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Health Outcomes Research Methodologies And Techniques, Including Real-World Evidence Generation.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Outcomes Research Projects, Including Study Design, Data Analysis, And Interpretation Of Results.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Findings To Stakeholders.
