- Lead and facilitate organizational change management efforts, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and make adjustments as needed.
- Create and deliver presentations and training materials to effectively communicate change initiatives to employees at all levels.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion of change management initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in change management to inform and improve organizational readiness strategies.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Hr, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Change Management, Organizational Readiness, And/Or Project Management.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Organizational Change Initiatives In A Complex And Global Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Change Management Methodologies And Tools, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Change Management Plans.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Drive Change At All Levels Of The Organization.
