- Develop and lead the overall omnichannel strategy for Merck & Co., ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key digital touchpoints and channels for customer engagement.

Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In A Strategic Marketing Or Omnichannel Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field. Advanced Degree Preferred.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Omnichannel Strategies, Including Digital, Social Media, And Traditional Marketing Channels.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Inform Strategic Decisions And Drive Business Results.
Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
