  1. Develop and lead the overall omnichannel strategy for Merck & Co., ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In A Strategic Marketing Or Omnichannel Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field. Advanced Degree Preferred.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Omnichannel Strategies, Including Digital, Social Media, And Traditional Marketing Channels.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Inform Strategic Decisions And Drive Business Results.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
