  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  3. Create and maintain financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and planning processes.
  4. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and business strategies.
  6. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including setting targets and monitoring performance against targets.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial planning and analysis.
  9. Provide financial guidance and support to various departments, including sales, marketing, and research and development.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  12. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to support their growth and development.
  13. Make strategic recommendations to drive profitability and cost-saving initiatives.
  14. Collaborate with external partners, such as investors and financial institutions, to support the company's financial goals.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for financial planning and analysis, providing guidance and training to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data

  • Experience With Financial Modeling And Forecasting Techniques

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
