  • Develop and implement ethical standards and policies for the organization
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to identify and address potential issues
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on ethical standards and compliance regulations
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of ethics and compliance standards
  • Serve as a resource for employees to address questions and concerns related to ethics and compliance
  • Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Investigate and resolve any reported incidents or violations of ethical standards and compliance regulations
  • Report on the status of compliance efforts to senior management and relevant stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of ethics and compliance within the organization by promoting awareness and accountability
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ethics and compliance to continuously improve our program.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry, With A Focus On Ethics And Compliance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Ethics And Compliance, Including The False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, And Hipaa.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Compliance Programs And Policies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Law, Business, Or Healthcare, And Preferably A Certification In Compliance (E.g. Certified Compliance And Ethics Professional).
