- Develop and implement ethical standards and policies for the organization
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to identify and address potential issues
- Provide training and guidance to employees on ethical standards and compliance regulations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of ethics and compliance standards
- Serve as a resource for employees to address questions and concerns related to ethics and compliance
- Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
- Investigate and resolve any reported incidents or violations of ethical standards and compliance regulations
- Report on the status of compliance efforts to senior management and relevant stakeholders
- Foster a culture of ethics and compliance within the organization by promoting awareness and accountability
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ethics and compliance to continuously improve our program.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry, With A Focus On Ethics And Compliance.
Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Ethics And Compliance, Including The False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, And Hipaa.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Compliance Programs And Policies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Law, Business, Or Healthcare, And Preferably A Certification In Compliance (E.g. Certified Compliance And Ethics Professional).
