Associate Director – Business Development

We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join Merck & Co. in the role of Associate Director – Business Development. This individual will be responsible for driving the development of high-value business opportunities, and will play a key role in developing and executing the business development strategy. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and creative self-starter with at least 10 years of business development experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or biopharmaceutical industry. The successful applicant must possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. An in-depth knowledge of international markets and network of contacts in the industry is highly desired.
