  1. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for advertising and promotional materials.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective advertising and promotion strategies.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on advertising and promotion regulations and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
  4. Monitor and interpret changes in regulatory requirements and communicate potential impact to the organization.
  5. Review and approve advertising and promotional materials, including labeling, packaging, and marketing campaigns.
  6. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on advertising and promotion regulations.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to facilitate timely and efficient review and approval of materials.
  8. Conduct thorough and accurate reviews of materials to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to advertising and promotion activities.
  10. Participate in regulatory audits and inspections as needed.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to advertising and promotion in the pharmaceutical industry.
  12. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, to resolve any issues or concerns related to advertising and promotion.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of all advertising and promotional materials and related regulatory documentation.
  14. Provide strategic input and recommendations for continuous improvement of advertising and promotion processes and procedures.
  15. Represent the company and its products in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or Regulatory Affairs.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Affairs, With A Strong Background In Advertising And Promotion.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines Related To Advertising And Promotion Of Pharmaceutical Products.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Regulatory Strategies For Product Launches And Life Cycle Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, As Well As Excellent Communication And Collaboration Abilities To Work Cross-Functionally With Other Departments.
