Our growing retail organization is looking for an experienced and talented Director of Facilities and Engineering to join our team. As the Director of Facilities and Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance, repairs, engineering, and construction projects across our nationwide portfolio of stores. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency, while proactively developing strategies to maintain and improve our facilities.We are seeking a leader who possesses outstanding organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment to customer service. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities engineering and management, an in-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations, and a proven track record of successful project completion. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in order to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
