Creates and develops clear written materials to support product development activities such as operations, maintenance or repair manuals, tutorials, specifications and help systems. Adheres to established terminology, style and editorial quality standards. Interviews technical staff to collect product information and specifications. Collects, organizes and coordinates technical information or product images for publication. Ensures up to date information on addition or deletion of equipment. Researches problems and follows through to solution. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Strong knowledge of technical processes
