Shared Services Accounts Receivable Manager
As a key member of the Finance Shared Service leadership team, the US AR Manager will manage a team of 11. They will manage all aspects of business as usual of the US AR Team and be passionate about their role adding value through the development and continuous improvement of controls, process, systems and teams. Manage the periodic processing, key controls and reporting for multiple company ledgers including but not limited to
- Credit reviews and recommendations
- Collections and cash targets
- Cash allocations
- Dispute and query resolution
- Month end close and reconciliation Drive a culture of continuous improvement through control, process and system improvement projects. Manage all relevant SLA’s and production of KPI’s. Ensure the timely resolution of queries and disputes.
Minimum 5 years’ experience of managing AR processes in a shared service environment
Significant management experience within of a large listed company
Significant experience of delivery process improvement initiatives
Willing to travel internationally on an as required basis (when allowed)
