The ideal candidate should have an engineering degree and at least five years of experience in a similar role. They must possess excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills, with an ability to identify opportunities for improvement and make sound decisions. Our Quality Engineering Manager will have an enthusiastic and optimistic attitude, while also being meticulous and detail-oriented. With a passion for excellence in engineering and quality assurance, they should be adept at developing and implementing strategies that exceed customer expectations.
