Job Description

Lead the initial deployment of DemandLine across Meggitt businesses interfacing with Robot Morning, the DemandLine vendor, to define and implement additional functionality to support the organization now and into the future. The role will be responsible for driving alignment with the customer account management strategy and vision, metrics, and order management processes across the entire organization. Responsible for ensuring Sr. Director, Customer Account Management and Commercial leaders are kept abreast of key activities, issues or challenges regarding order management processes within each Product Group site and or Division. The role will be the primary point of contact for all internal and external DemandLine inquiries. Work with ITG and Robot Morning to develop appropriate dashboard reporting to support internal and external reporting requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

  • Strong leadership skills - able to set direction, motivate and inspire an indirect cross-functional team

  • Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically

  • Ability to draft, review and analyze policies, procedures and specific instructions as well as set policy standards

  • Previous experience with SAP, Salesforce.com and Robot Morning/Demand Line are desirable
