Job Description

Deploy the tools, methods and processes that make up the HPS – waste elimination and value stream architecture in order to advance overall site maturity and accelerate material velocity. Engage with the various site functions to drive accountability for systematic, multi-year deployment and maturity of HPS across the site. Some look across sites and within industry in order to ensure horizontal learning and benchmarking. Establish a maturity development plan from current maturity stage of HPS to higher stages and levels of achievement, working in collaboration with the site leadership team to put in place and deploy the appropriate management system or metrics to ensure measureable progress and positive engagement from front line contributors and other stakeholders. Analysis of 'as-is' current state, 'to-be' future state Value Stream Map (VSM) development, gap analysis.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience is required

  • Experience in an aerospace, medical, or automotive manufacturing environment

  • Six Sigma/DMAIC, Lean, and/or DFSS exposure, training, or certification preferred

  • Demonstrated appetite for structured problem solving and healthy contempt for current state

  • Demonstrated adherence to leader/personal standard work
