
Quality Assurance Associate
To serve as the escalation point for technical, billing, collection activities, and quality control. This position supports the Customer Service, Technical, Accounting and Marketing Departments. Research and resolve escalations (CATS) in the Customer Service Department (payment issues and equipment issues). Respond to and resolve Better Business Bureau and Attorney General complaints. Meet or exceed the required timelines for resolution of escalations. Audit all work orders that are returned to office. Maintain files of completed work orders. Audit the work order adds, work order completes, and adjustment reports daily. Process unposted payments and NSF payments as needed.
Sales experience is a plus.
