  1. Efficiently and accurately pick and pack medical supplies for delivery to customers.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  3. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages.
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  7. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  8. Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
  9. Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Follow all company guidelines for quality control and product handling.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities as required.
  13. Be a positive and professional representative of McKesson Corporation at all times.
  14. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications

  • Prior Warehouse Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, Preferably In A Distribution Or Logistics Setting. This Will Ensure They Have A Basic Understanding Of Warehouse Operations And Processes.

  • Physical Fitness And Stamina: Warehouse Work Often Involves Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects, Standing For Long Periods Of Time, And Working In A Fast-Paced Environment. The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Forklift Certification: Many Warehouse Tasks Require The Use Of Forklifts And Other Heavy Machinery. Candidates With A Valid Forklift Certification Will Have An Advantage As They Can Start Their Job Duties Immediately Without Additional Training.

  • Attention To Detail: Warehouse Work Involves Handling And Organizing A Large Volume Of Products And Materials. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accuracy In Product Labeling, Picking And Packing, And Inventory Management.

  • Team Player: As Part Of A Warehouse Team, The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Well With Others And Communicate Effectively. They Should Also Be Willing To Take Direction From Supervisors And Collaborate With Team Members To Meet Productivity Goals.
