1. Receive and inspect incoming shipments of products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Efficiently and accurately pick and pack orders for shipment to customers.
3. Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and reporting any discrepancies.
4. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
5. Prepare and stage outgoing shipments for delivery, including proper labeling and documentation.
6. Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
8. Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
9. Continuously look for ways to improve warehouse processes and suggest ideas for increased efficiency.
10. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new products and procedures.
11. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.
