- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming medical supplies and equipment according to company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Accurately track and record inventory levels using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas, adhering to 5S principles.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.

Experience Operating Warehouse Equipment: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Operating Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Other Warehouse Equipment Is Required For This Role. This Experience Should Include Loading And Unloading Trucks, Moving And Storing Inventory, And Operating Equipment Safely And Efficiently.
Strong Physical Abilities: As A Warehouse Equipment Operator, You Will Be Required To Lift And Move Heavy Objects On A Daily Basis. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Good Physical Stamina And Be Able To Perform Physically Demanding Tasks For Extended Periods Of Time.
Attention To Detail: Accuracy Is Critical In A Warehouse Environment, As Incorrect Inventory Counts Or Misplaced Items Can Result In Costly Mistakes. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Attention To Detail And Be Able To Accurately Track And Organize Inventory.
Safety Mindset: Warehouse Equipment Can Be Dangerous If Not Operated Correctly. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Procedures And Be Able To Follow Them At All Times. Previous Safety Training Or Certifications May Be Required For This Role.
