- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth for independent pharmacy customers in the Central region.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Foster and maintain strong partnerships with independent pharmacy customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to help them succeed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Provide guidance and support to the RxOwnership team in creating and executing sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop and implement integrated initiatives and programs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development for team members.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting our services.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the RxOwnership team.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a role model and mentor for team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Landscape, Including Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Distribution And Specialty Pharmacy Services.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Business Operations, Achieving Financial Targets, And Driving Strategic Initiatives.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Drive Collaboration Across Cross-Functional Teams.
