- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our systems and applications in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for urgent technical support needs.

- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or It Operations Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Operating Systems, Network Infrastructure, And Software Applications.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.
Ability To Communicate Effectively With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
