  1. Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop solutions to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  3. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for critical positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, colleges, and universities to attract top talent.
  5. Develop and manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration for new employees.
  6. Create and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
  7. Monitor and analyze key talent metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and address performance gaps and provide coaching and development support.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management to continuously improve our processes and strategies.
  10. Serve as a mentor and coach to other members of the talent management team.
  11. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
  12. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as compensation and benefits, to ensure a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package for employees.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for McKesson Corporation and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve talent management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

They Should Also Have Experience In Creating And Implementing Effective Retention Strategies To Ensure The Company's Top Talent Is Retained.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship Building Abilities: A Talent Management Lead Will Be Required To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Hiring Managers, Hr Business Partners, And External Recruitment Agencies.
