  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure efficient and effective supply chain processes.
  4. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, implementing new strategies and technologies as appropriate.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, such as supply shortages or disruptions in transportation.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within the supply chain.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on supply chain performance and identifying any issues or concerns.
  12. Develop and manage budgets for the supply chain department, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively.
  13. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to help drive company growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Systems, Including Inventory Management, Transportation, And Distribution.

  • Experience Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, With The Ability To Influence And Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Drive Efficiency And Cost Savings.
