- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Workday HCM configurations and solutions.
- Design, configure, and test Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Time Tracking.
- Develop and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, and integrations to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
- Lead system enhancements and upgrades, including scoping, testing, and change management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, partnering with Workday support as needed.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process maps and user guides.
- Keep up-to-date on Workday HCM functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with HRIS team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.
- Train end users on Workday HCM functionality and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Participate in Workday projects and initiatives to improve system functionality and user experience.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process automation and optimization within Workday HCM.
Extensive Experience With Workday Hcm Configuration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience With Workday Hcm Configuration, Including Core Modules Such As Hr, Benefits, Payroll, And Time Tracking.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Regulations: A Thorough Understanding Of Hr Processes And Regulations Is Essential For This Role, As The Sr Workday Hcm Configuration Analyst Will Be Responsible For Configuring Workday To Meet The Needs Of The Organization And Ensure Compliance With Applicable Laws And Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Workday Implementations: Candidates Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Workday In Large, Complex Organizations. This Includes Experience With All Phases Of The Implementation Process, From Requirements Gathering To Post-Go-Live Support.
Technical Proficiency: The Sr Workday Hcm Configuration Analyst Should Have Strong Technical Skills, Including Experience With Workday Studio, Eibs, And Calculated Fields. Familiarity With Web Services And Integrations Is Also Highly Desirable.
