- Provide expert technical support to customers for McKesson Corporation products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues reported by customers.
- Act as a subject matter expert for McKesson products and provide guidance to customers on product usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and customer success to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Document and track customer reported issues and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Continuously improve product support processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct product training and knowledge sharing sessions for internal teams and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in order to provide innovative solutions to customers.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Product Support In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Software And Technology, Including Electronic Health Records And Pharmacy Systems.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Clients And Internal Teams.
