  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
  2. Oversee and manage a team responsible for monitoring and enforcing contract compliance.
  3. Conduct regular audits to identify any potential risks or non-compliance issues.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure understanding and adherence to contract terms.
  5. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and negotiate contract terms to ensure compliance.
  6. Continuously review and improve contract management processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  7. Provide guidance and training to team members and other departments on contract compliance requirements.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in contract laws to ensure company compliance.
  9. Monitor and track contract performance and report any issues or deviations from contract terms.
  10. Participate in contract negotiations and provide insights on potential compliance risks.
  11. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on contract compliance status and initiatives.
  12. Serve as a point of contact for external parties regarding contract compliance inquiries.
  13. Develop and maintain a system for tracking and documenting contract compliance activities.
  14. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all contract compliance-related tasks.
  15. Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to promote professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Contract Management And Compliance: Candidates For A Sr Manager, Contract Compliance Role At Mckesson Corporation Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Contract Management And Compliance, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Overseeing Large And Complex Contracts.

Candidates Should Be Able To Think Critically And Develop Effective Solutions To Mitigate Risks And Ensure Compliance With Contractual Obligations.

  • Leadership And Project Management Experience: Mckesson Corporation Is A Large, Global Organization, And The Sr Manager, Contract Compliance Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team And Overseeing Multiple Contract Compliance Projects.
