  1. Design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to ensure the security and efficiency of our digital resources.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  3. Develop and implement IAM policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to IAM systems and processes.
  5. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of IAM systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IAM technology, making recommendations for adoption as appropriate.
  7. Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  8. Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate new IAM technologies.
  9. Perform regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  10. Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
  11. Maintain documentation of IAM systems, processes, and procedures for reference and compliance purposes.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including information security and data privacy guidelines.
  13. Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  14. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents in a timely manner.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize IAM systems and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam) Engineering, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Iam Concepts And Technologies, Including Role-Based Access Control, Single Sign-On, And Multi-Factor Authentication.

  • Experience With Leading Iam Solutions Such As Sailpoint, Ping Identity, Or Okta.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Complex Iam Solutions, Including Integration With Various Systems And Applications.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Iam, Such As Nist, Iso, And Saml.
