  1. Oversee all aspects of HR operations and global mobility programs to ensure efficient and effective processes are in place.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to HR operations and global mobility, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  3. Provide strategic guidance and support to the global workforce, including advice on relocation, expatriate assignments, and immigration processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement global mobility strategies that align with business objectives.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to HR operations and global mobility, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of HR operations and global mobility professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality delivery of services to employees.
  8. Collaborate with HR leaders to develop and implement company-wide HR initiatives and programs.
  9. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR operations and global mobility systems and processes.
  10. Participate in budget planning and management for HR operations and global mobility programs.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for escalated HR operations and global mobility issues and provide timely resolution.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on HR operations and global mobility matters, providing guidance and support to HR colleagues and business leaders.
  13. Monitor and report on key metrics and trends related to HR operations and global mobility, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  14. Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations related to HR operations and global mobility, ensuring compliance and advising on any necessary changes.
  15. Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR operations and global mobility function.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations And Global Mobility, Preferably In A Large, Multinational Corporation

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Global Mobility Policies, Procedures, And Compliance Regulations

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Leading A Team, With Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Optimizing Hr Processes, Systems, And Technologies To Support Global Mobility Initiatives And Improve Overall Efficiency And Effectiveness Within The Organization.
