- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support the overall company objectives.
- Oversee the financial planning and forecasting processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Lead and manage a team of financial analysts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Drive the development of financial models and analysis to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's financial goals.
- Conduct regular reviews of financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and inform financial strategy.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and results-driven culture within the FP&A department.
Extensive Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, With A Strong Understanding Of Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Modeling.
Leadership And Managerial Experience: As A Senior Director, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team. They Should Be Able To Provide Strategic Direction, Mentor And Develop Team Members, And Drive Performance.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry: Mckesson Corporation Is A Leading Healthcare Company, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Industry's Dynamics, Trends, And Challenges.
