- Oversee and manage all financial reporting processes and procedures within the company
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards
- Lead a team of financial reporting professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and external auditors
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
- Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential financial and compliance issues
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the ARC department.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting And Accounting, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Public Accounting Firm.
Cpa Certification Or Equivalent Experience.
Strong Knowledge Of Us Gaap And Sec Regulations, As Well As Experience With Sox Compliance.
Excellent Leadership And Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Developing High-Performing Teams.
