- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Enterprise AI Lab, aligning with McKesson's overall business goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of AI experts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and healthcare professionals, to identify opportunities for AI implementation and drive adoption
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies and trends in the healthcare industry, and use this knowledge to inform the development of the Enterprise AI Lab's roadmap
- Develop and manage the budget for the Enterprise AI Lab, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to leverage their expertise and stay informed on industry developments
- Drive the development of AI solutions that address key business challenges and opportunities, such as improving patient outcomes, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer value
- Communicate and present progress, outcomes, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting the impact of AI initiatives on the business
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Enterprise AI Lab, encouraging experimentation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among team members
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in all AI initiatives and projects undertaken by the Enterprise AI Lab.
