  1. Oversee the accounts receivable process for McKesson's Oncology division.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable process.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate billing and collections for all accounts.
  4. Monitor and analyze aging reports to identify and address any delinquent accounts.
  5. Work closely with internal teams and external customers to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
  6. Manage a team of accounts receivable specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of accounting principles and healthcare industry regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal departments.
  9. Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable status, metrics, and trends to senior management.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to accounts receivable management.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  13. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Accounts Receivable Management, Preferably In The Oncology Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Billing And Reimbursement Processes, Including Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Experience With Financial Reporting And Analysis, As Well As Implementing And Maintaining Efficient Accounts Receivable Processes.
