  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all French and English-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  2. Conduct intake assessments and gather necessary information from clients in both French and English.
  3. Assist clients in navigating our services and provide information on available resources.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in both French and English, ensuring clear understanding and accurate information.

  10. Assist in identifying areas for improvement in the intake process and suggest solutions for enhanced client experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bilingual Fluency In French And English, With Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills In Both Languages.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Intake Specialist Role, Preferably Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Understanding Of Healthcare Processes And Procedures.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Multitask And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Maintaining A High Level Of Attention To Detail.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, With The Ability To Learn New Programs Quickly And Accurately Enter Data.
