Bilingual Fluency In French And English, With Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills In Both Languages.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Intake Specialist Role, Preferably Within The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Understanding Of Healthcare Processes And Procedures.
Demonstrated Ability To Multitask And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Maintaining A High Level Of Attention To Detail.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, With The Ability To Learn New Programs Quickly And Accurately Enter Data.
