- Lead and manage the transition of services from development to production, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and optimization of service transition processes.
- Collaborate with various teams including development, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless transition of services.
