- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to support the overall sales strategy of the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sales enablement initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform sales enablement strategies.
- Create and deliver training programs to equip sales team with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell our products and services.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, playbooks, and case studies.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leadership and product teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales enablement initiatives.
- Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales enablement, incorporating them into our strategy as appropriate.
- Manage budget and resources for sales enablement initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and collateral that support sales enablement efforts.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sales enablement and provide guidance and support to other teams as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline and optimize sales enablement processes.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our brand and products.
- Continuously assess and report on the impact of sales enablement efforts on sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes, Tools, And Techniques, With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Sales Enablement Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting, With The Ability To Use Data To Inform And Drive Decision-Making In Sales Enablement Initiatives.
