  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the growth and success of the Texas Oncology business unit.
  2. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
  4. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at both the regional and corporate levels.
  5. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, trends, and market conditions to identify risks and opportunities for the business.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external partners.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure their continued growth and development.
  8. Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the organization is operating in a financially responsible and sustainable manner.
  9. Proactively identify and address any financial issues or challenges that may arise and develop solutions to mitigate potential risks.
  10. Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the Texas Oncology leadership team, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  11. Contribute to the development and execution of the overall company strategy and goals.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting regulations and standards.
  14. Represent the company in financial discussions and negotiations with external stakeholders.
  15. Embrace and promote the company's mission to improve the lives of cancer patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Accounting, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field Required. Master's Degree Or Cpa Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Finance, Including Reimbursement Models, Revenue Cycle Management, And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Financial Performance And Implementing Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Profitability.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
