Job Description

McKesson Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Extended Care division. In this role, you will oversee a team of project managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the successful delivery of complex projects within the extended care market.   1. Lead and manage a team of project managers to ensure successful delivery of complex projects within the extended care market.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  4. Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  5. Utilize project management methodologies and processes to ensure project success and adherence to company standards.
  6. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to drive project success.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the extended care industry.
  8. Provide guidance and support to project managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to successfully deliver projects.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on the extended care market, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
  11. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for the extended care division.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
  13. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and culture.
  15. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners to drive project success and support business growth.
