- Provide technical support for McKesson Corporation's products and services.

- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Represent McKesson Corporation in a professional and knowledgeable manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Software Systems And Processes, Including Emr, Ehr, And Practice Management Systems.
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
Experience In Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Product Support Analysts, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Prioritizing Multiple Tasks And Projects.
