- Lead the development and launch of new healthcare products, from concept to execution, in alignment with the company's overall strategy.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to identify customer needs and validate product concepts.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring they meet customer needs and address market gaps.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, strengths, and weaknesses of competitors' products.
- Develop pricing strategies and business models for new products.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development.
- Manage product budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the healthcare landscape to inform product strategy and development.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to junior product management team members.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact product development or launch.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team.
- Represent the company and its products at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Mba Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Multiple Products From Ideation To Market Launch.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams.
