- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to evaluate and implement new observability tools and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards related to observability and system performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to the team on observability-related issues.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the observability team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Large And Complex Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Monitoring, Tracing, And Logging Tools Such As Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, And Elk Stack.
Proficiency In Scripting And Automation Using Languages Like Python, Bash, Or Go.
Demonstrated Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Scalable Observability Solutions For Microservices And Cloud-Based Applications.
