  2. Oversee and manage the Workday payroll system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all payroll operations.
  3. Utilize extensive knowledge and experience to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies within the payroll system.
  4. Monitor and analyze payroll data to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  5. Train and mentor team members on Workday payroll system and processes.

  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in terms of payroll.

  10. Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  11. Communicate effectively with senior management regarding payroll operations, issues, and improvements.
  12. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
  13. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees.
  14. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth and efficient payroll processes.
  15. Identify opportunities for automation and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Managing Workday Payroll Systems, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Payroll Processes, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Implement System Upgrades And Enhancements.
