- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer and marketplace insights strategy for McKesson Corporation.
- Lead a team of analysts to conduct market research, gather customer data, and identify key trends and insights.
- Utilize various research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and data analytics, to gather and analyze customer and market data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to incorporate customer insights into business strategies.
- Identify and prioritize key customer segments and develop strategies to engage and retain them.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and industry partners, to gather valuable insights and feedback.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer and marketplace strategies.
- Stay current with industry and market trends, and proactively identify new research techniques and tools to enhance the effectiveness of the insights team.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Represent McKesson at industry conferences and events, presenting on customer and marketplace insights and thought leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in gathering and utilizing customer and market data.
- Contribute to the overall success of McKesson by actively participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Market Research Or Customer Insights In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team Of Analysts.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Market Research Methodologies, Including Quantitative And Qualitative Techniques.
Experience In Using Data Analytics Tools And Software To Identify And Interpret Market Trends And Customer Behaviors.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Insights To Key Stakeholders And Senior Executives.
