  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on complex systems and equipment to ensure their proper functioning and minimize downtime.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  3. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to prevent equipment failures and prolong the lifespan of machinery.
  4. Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, to perform maintenance tasks.
  5. Monitor inventory of spare parts and supplies, and order replacements as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on equipment and systems.
  8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  9. Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to report equipment status and potential issues.
  10. Stay informed about new equipment and technologies in the industry and make recommendations for improvement and updates.
  11. Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
  12. Take initiative and proactively identify potential maintenance issues to prevent equipment failures and minimize disruptions to operations.
  13. Stay organized and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
  15. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Maintenance And Repair Of Industrial Equipment, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Or Lead Technician Role.

  • Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Address Complex Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Safety And Regulatory Standards For Industrial Machinery And Equipment.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Proven Leadership Abilities, With Experience In Training And Mentoring Junior Technicians And Overseeing Maintenance Projects.
