  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive employee experience strategy that aligns with the overall mission and goals of McKesson Corporation.
  2. Lead and manage a team of employee experience professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive high performance and results.
  3. Utilize design thinking principles to continuously improve and innovate the employee experience, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives, programs, and policies that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to measure the success and effectiveness of employee experience initiatives, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, to gain buy-in and support for employee experience initiatives.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to employee experience and incorporate them into the organization's strategy.
  9. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for employee experience, promoting its importance and impact on business success.
  10. Manage the budget for employee experience initiatives and ensure resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Employee Experience Design, Preferably In A Large, Global Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Innovative Employee Experience Strategies That Drive Employee Engagement And Retention.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Designers And Other Professionals.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices, Trends, And Emerging Technologies Related To Employee Experience Design.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
