- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Total Rewards team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Total Rewards team, answering and directing phone calls and emails.
- Assist with preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports for the team.
- Maintain and update confidential employee files and records.
- Coordinate logistics for team meetings, including booking rooms, ordering catering, and preparing meeting materials.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for the Total Rewards team.
- Act as a liaison between the Total Rewards team and other departments within the company.
- Create and maintain efficient filing systems for team documents and records.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects and initiatives.
- Act as a resource for other administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the Total Rewards team.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Total Rewards team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to the Total Rewards team.
- Display a positive and collaborative attitude towards coworkers and stakeholders.
- Continuously develop and improve skills and knowledge related to administrative support and the healthcare industry.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Senior Administrative Role, Preferably In The Field Of Total Rewards Or Human Resources.
Strong Understanding Of Total Rewards Programs, Including Compensation, Benefits, And Incentive Plans.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs, With The Ability To Create Reports And Analyze Data.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
