- Develop and execute strategies to optimize McKesson's digital platforms for B2B clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for new product features and enhancements.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Lead the product development process, including defining user stories, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting user acceptance testing.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for B2B digital platforms, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our products.
- Act as a subject matter expert on B2B digital platforms, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
- Ensure a seamless and efficient user experience for B2B clients, identifying and addressing any potential pain points or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging and support the launch of new products and features.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog, working closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, promoting a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Contribute to the overall success of McKesson by representing the company's mission and values in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Product Management Or Digital Platform Management
Strong Understanding Of B2B Sales And Marketing Strategies
Experience In Managing And Optimizing Digital Platforms For B2B Customers
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
